Mandala Kitchen & Bar sounds like one to watch in Ashburn. It’s supposed to be Nepalese, rooted in Himalayan flavors, with South and North Indian inspiration, which should bring something different to the area. The sign is already up and construction is moving along, so hopefully it opens soon. If the menu matches the concept, this could be a great spot for bold flavors and something beyond the usual takeout choices
